    Almonds, Poppy seeds, Fennel, Watermelon, Melon, Pumpkin,  kernels, White pepper

    Make a fine powder of peeled Almonds, Poppy seeds, Fennel, Watermelon, Melon, Pumpkin, and Gourd kernels in same quantity and White pepper (Dakhni Mirch) according to taste. Mix 1 teas in a lukewarm glass of milk and 3 drops of Nigella seeds (Kalonji) oil drink on an empty stomach and before sleep.     Cinnamon, Chebulic Myrobolan, Sweet flag, Sugar Candy

    Make a fine powder of 20 gm Cinnamon (Dar Cheeni) 10 gm Chebulic Myrobolan (Hareer)10 gm Sweet flag (Baach) and 20 gm Sugar Candy(Misri). Take ¼-3/4   teaspoon twice a day along with water.
